my weekend
last weekend was a lot of fun. Friday night i had a hockey practice which was okay but because of it i didnt get to go to the football game so i was a little mad at that. Saturday I had a game in the morning and we tied 3-3. We were losing 3-0 with about 9 minutes left in the 3rd period then we got a goal from a shot at about the top of the circle then are 2nd goal came with around 4 minutes left and finally are 3rd came with 52.1 seconds left to go in the game. And from there on we held on to tie. Later that night/day i saw one of my good friends from churchill which was a lot of fun. And sunday morning we had another game, i really dont want to talk about it but we lost 4-0. But after the game i went to the new buffalo wild wings for lunch, there are about a million televisions and the place is huge. The food was so good i know for sure i will be going there a bunch because it is right by my house. And that was my weekend for the most part.

Tuesday October 14
Okay that tuesday was one of my best days in awhile. I woke up went to school like usual but by the end of the day I had homework in one class and that was biology but it was really easy. But that day after school I had a cross country meet right after school and a hockey game after that. The cross country meet was really boring at first because at first all we do is just stand around for awhile and kind of hang out. But when it is time to run it starts to get fun. I started off strong and was feeling good i could tell this was gonna be a different race for me because me breathing was better and i felt extremely strong. And when i finished the race my results proved it; i had got my best time of the year running a 19:23 and coming in 7th out of Stevenson in the jv race. I beat a lot of people i had never beat before and i actually ranked for Stevenson so i was happy. Then right after the race was over i had to hustle out and go to my hockey game in Inkster. We were down 2-0 then the game shifted and we ended up winning 4-3. But I got 1 assist and 2 penalties one in the first period for i think it was tripping and one in the second period for unsportsmenlike conduct(for using inapproiate language to another player). And that was pretty much my day.http://www.nhl.com/

homecoming
Okay wow this was one of the most fun weekends ever. Friday- first i went to a pasta dinner for the crosscountry team and we ate really fast then got ready for the game. I was kind of suprised we got into the parking lot so fast at the game i thought it would be jampacked. I went to the far side of the stands where most of the freshman were and I kind of had to fight for a spot. Once the game started i was screaming and most of the time i was just screaming random. And around half time i went and got a pop then i realized i had lost my phone. So i was looking for it for a whole quarter until i found out some lady found it and gave it to a cop who gave it to my dad. And once the very dissapointing game was over i went home and went to bed. Saturday- in the morning i had to wake up at around 7 because i had a crosscountry meet about an hour away or so and it went pretty good i think because we had some good places for the jv race where like 400 people ran(it was like a stampede at the start). Once that was over though i went home and slept for a bit then it was time to get ready for homecoming. I wore a solid red shirt with black pants and shoes and my tie was red with a gold pattern on it. I was so excited i couldnt even stand to wait any longer so i rushed my mom and she gave me a ride over to the house we were taking pictures at. And i just got to say i felt like a celeberty, thats how many cameras there were and by the end of that i was just about blind. To be continued...

Crosscountry
I run crosscountry for Livonia Stevenson Highschool. I did run in my middle school but that was nothing like highschool running. I am a freshman so i was new to the whole thing. We started practicing"conditioning" on like June 18 and ran Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays at 8 a.m. Are first meet was about a week before school started and we did okay then once school started we started really doing some hard practicing everyday except for sundays we have either a meet or practice. Usually the meets are on tuesdays at Cass Benton in a section of Hines Park and on the weekends they could be anywhere. Cass is actually one of the hardest courses in the state, theres about 3 big hills and you have to go up each one 2 times and trust me when i tell you the second time is like torture. But wow last saturday we seriously ran at the easisest course maybe in the world it was like a middle school course;it was completely flat. The hardest part of the whole course was like a little pile of mud, that should give you an idea of how flat this really was. Oh now just a little bit of some facts about are team so far we have had three different coaches at some point this season and the one we have now ran for i think MSU or UofM but anyways he was like a big ten champion twice and was a two time all american oh and he coached olympians. We are on okay team but were defintely not the best are jv is actually pretty good we have won like 2 races and came in 3rd in another one. And we do have some really good runners on varsity to like really good i couldnt even dream of running some of their times. But my prediction is in like 2 more seasons when im a junior and are sophmores now are seniors we will be a solid team. Right now 4 of are varsity guys are either sophmores or freshman and thats out of 7 guys, so the odds are in are favor right now.
